Chef Tsuyoshi Miyazaki, aka Mr. T has reunited with Enguerrand Cantegrel from the Passage 53 days to open a a new bistronomy restaurant in the Marais.
A superb lunch menu at €19 that gets you either a starter and a main or a main and a dessert. We opted for the former and the squid taco and vegan curry that both tasted heavenly. Nicely balanced flavours and a completely unexpected curry.
