Chef Leandro Carreira and wine guru Cameron Dewar team up to bring incredible bites and wines to borough.

Leandro came to cook at Sauce Forum 2017 in Estonia and ever since his first visit to my country it was clear that this man is serious about cooking and his approach to ingredients. And what an absolute pleasure to frequent his first solo stint in London after such esteemed spots as Nuno Mendes’ Viajante, Koya, Lyle’s and Climpson’s Arch.

“My cooking is not traditional Portuguese. I have taken elements from all my travels and applied the techniques to the best ingredients.”

The menu is constantly changing and starting from 14th January there will be Sunday brunches discovering the different regions of Portugal.

What? Where?

A Portuguese spin on British ingredients. Expect lots of fermentation.
