A young chef who trained under Gordon Ramsay is aiming for the stars.
Michael Carr, chef-patron of the restaurant that carries the name of his birth-year, is adamant about making his signature place the top restaurant in Yorkshire. Whilst speaking with the talented youngster who spent three years at Claridges, it became very clear that he is only a the beginning of his journey.
“We do a special tasting menu that is tailor made for the client. We speak to the guest about a week in advance about his/her aspirations and expectations and will for sure surprise on the day of.”
